7 Days Refund/Exchange
- We will gladly accept any undamaged parcel within 7 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- As soon as you received the parcel and you decide to make a return or exchange, share the product images on our Whatsapp No. and process the return/exchange further.
Note: Unwrapped watches or Used watches will not be Accepted for the return.
- Customer needs to return the parcel through any courier on his own expense to our address in case of exchange or refund. If the product was damaged during the delivery then only we will pay the return delivery charges.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 2-3 working days after receiving the return products.
